I've seen a few posts about a vampyr party member called Valen but i can't find the mod for him.Also,can anyone point the way to a weapon mod i've been looking for-not sure of the name but it enhances items already in the game, and items that cromwell makes?

Head on over to Wes Weimer's place. This has Valen, the item upgrade mod as well as a number of great other mods.
