How can I make a bronze and golden pantaloons?

You can't make them. you find them. One is found in BG1 and the other is found in the ToB expansion of SoA.

but i don't want play a BG1(because i'm sorcerer), and friend told me that his artifacts from BG1 didn't show in BG2
please help me

Golden Pantaloons are ONLY item, which does get imported with you from BG1, when you go over to BG2. Guess even Irenicus was puzzled and clueless, as to what the heck to do with some metallic trousers.

If you have not played Bg1 - tough luck, you can't get them anymore. Unless you cheat.

the pantaloon consists of parts that can be found in bg 1 and 2. I was so puzzled about that thing so i mail ordered a bg 1 copy just to see what it really is. its fascinating to have it (the big metal unit) ... youre like iside a polymer armour.
but there is also a choice you can make instead of playing the first chapter of baldur's gate. you can edit your saved game (where you can have 6 metal unit at the same time) using the shadowkeeper. but for my own opinion, its boring when you do that already... it spoiled my eagerness for challenge.

for magi armor I'll cheat, I just want to see how it looks

For any item just download shadowkeeper and put the missing item in your inventory. You can also change stats, but thats cheating...

You can argue that importing yourself Golden Pantaloons is not cheating since its not actually possible to obtain them normally with all classes (No half-orcs, monks or sorcerors can *ever* get the BMU without cheating)

And the helm of balduran also follows you into Bg2, but if you have it is found in place of another item, cant remember which but apparently its not worth it.

where can I download shadowkeeper?
