This forum is great. When I have a question, I can usually find it here. Here is one I did not find. Where is Interplay? I need a patch for Icewind Dale and I can't find them on the web. Were they bought? I would appreciate any information. Thanks

Interplay is all but out of business. Not quite, they're hanging on and hoping to get an infusion of cash to do a Fallout MMORPG.

I recently found this live link for the IWD2 patch. Perhaps they have IWD1 as well: http://www.avault.com/pcrl/patches_temp.asp?patch=iwd2

Download.com also has all patches to IWD. The 1.06 patch, for example, is here.

I only tried googling interplay, I'll try googling the patch and check out the links. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the idea of googling the patch. I found it, downloaded it, and that solved the problem. Now I can finish the game. Thanks again.
