I'm not sure if there is a way to prevent this now but you could try equiping the ring that gives you 18 charisma this might work, the ring can be found in the circus tent in waukeens promanade if you haven't got it. If not then you'll have to remove one of them from your party. Oh and BTW welcome to the forums.

You can't stop it (maybe with cheats but I'm not sure). Sometimes party members will attack each other or you because they don't like each other or are mad like your Anomen or your rep becomes too low.

And BTW: Anomen does NOT become a Paladin. He is a Fighter/Cleric and stays that way: he just gains 4 Wis, and shifts to Lawful Good. But his class stays exactly the same: Sir Anomen is a Knight, but no Paladin. </font>
