How do u defeat a lesser fire element,
when opening the portal in the playhouse

Ok you probably should whack him with enchanted weapons, dont cast area wide effect spells or the tieflings will turn against you !

There not to tough and IIRC can be hit by +1 weapons (maybe even normals, but who uses them?). If your having trouble remember to use missile weapons to full effect and your mages should *not* try using Flame Arrow or Fireball - obvious but youd be surprised what people try - stick with Magic Missile and Acid Arrow.

i mean when you have rescued haer'dalis and you open the portal in the playhouse under the five flagons

no meagus, so are they. All leser fire elementals are the same. just kill them like any other enemy, and don't use any fire based attacks/weapons/etc.

In my oh so humble opinion, if you're having problems with a lesser fire elemental I don't think you're ready for that quest. Come back to it when you get some experience.. Athkatla is a big place and there are many quests to do. Might I suggest......

Helping Renal Bloodscalp
The De'Arnise Keep
The Copper Coronet and Slave Quests
Looting the Graveyard... be sure to get the Staff of Curing!
Helping a temple commision Sir Sarles

Of course, if your only problem is strategy, I apologize.
