Emma going off to her first day at kindergarden. She has been so exited for this day. She wore her new backpack all day yesterday pretending she was already there! I hope this is a good sign for her ambition about school for years to come. ;) Anyway, thought I would share... :D

The enthusiasm never lasts. But LOL the rucksack is almost as big as her :D

That's a GREAT picture, LordK...it's the kind that I would frame and put on my desk...provided I had an actual desk instead of this apporximation that I have here in college.

I hope for her sake that the enthusiasm DOESN'T fail...mine didn't for nearly nine or ten years in school.

Cute pic, LK.

I can remember being that age and wanting things like homework, because it made me feel grown-up, LOL.

i think that the bag refers to her schoolambitions
because there's a lot of space for books!!!
or a big laptop to visit IW?

Thanks guys!
Har'oloth, hmmm...thinking about the amount time I spend here, instead of doing other things im putting off, I think i'll wait to get her hooked. And, seens how she is only just now in kindergarden, she may be to young for you guys. You know, all the abuse and such... ;) :D .

don't you just love that first day of school? Caleb was happy about it, and he still is to a point, but now he cries when he sees the bus coming, and the bus driver has tissue ready for him, lol

Nice pic, LK! There's something about that very first day of school... *sniff* My kids were both looking forward to it this year. Alaina's 7 and in second grade, Corbin almost 5 and in young fives (a preliminary kindergarten).

Such freedom... such wonder... such excitement... :D
