Does anyone play it? I just got back into it after a year or so off, and, truth be told, I forgot how funny it was!
For those of you who havne't heard of it, it's a "Read-and-click" text based game. Now, the lack of graphics may be a deterrent for some of you, but, rest assured, the humour makes up for it 10x over. Characters, monsters, and hte like, are mostly stick figures, but it's still great fun. So eh, anyway, who else plays it, if any? |
Isn't it one of those browser RPG's that has crappy animated banners all over the place and which try to sell themselves by bragging about how many of X and Y they have instead of actual content?
You see a lot of those around.Or maybe just a lot of variants of teh same ones. |
I used to non-stop, it's an awesome game, but I know if I start again, I won't get anything done at work :D
btw, your sig is too big :( |

Well, I do have a sense of humour, just not other people's.

*Any* kind of sense of humour will work with KoL...
And, for the record, Disco Bandits for the win. |

Though the paster mancers go alright too! |
Right now I'm doing an oxycore run as a turtle tamer. If you're worried about spending too much time playing, then oxycore is the way to go. You'll only have 40-54 adventures a day that way.
My favorite is the pastamancer. Of course you'd expect that since my clan is the First Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. |
Which, oddly enough, is a real religion.
On a related note, I just started an Oxycore run as a Sauceror. It's more challenging than I had though :D |
