Not that I know of, you might need to fsh around in your game directories. if you do find your save games and copy them to another file so if you do damage something and have to re-install Bg2 at least you have your saves.

Short answer : No.

Long answer: Yes, but the tools you need are not generaly available. Youll need to hunt around on the teambg sites and the IEFDP sites to find the relevant file formats and (you hope) converters for them. Last I saw teambg will not host or link to movie viewers or converters due to biowares disapproval. You might get lucky though, or you might have to make your own.
