Having recently bought myself a top spec pc, I have finally made my debut on MMORPG's. I first bought Final Fantasy XI (being a longtime Final Fantasy Fan)
and have been having quite a fine time in Vana'diel, then decided to also try Everquest II...which has been erm...interesting...I dont think its as good as Final Fantasy XI but that could just be my playing style, I daresay I will improve.
Anyway I just wanted to start this post to garner opinions about these two games.
Also I am on the lookout for other MMORPGs to play, the trouble is that I prefer playing games where combat is not of prime importance (I know this cuts the list down dramatically and I am not averse to combat, I am just not very good at it lol) so any recommendations would be appreciated

I'd say try World of Warcraft, it's a great game, and their crafting skills are fun.

FF's graphics kick the crap out of WoW, but the community in WoW is younger and thus more in line to a new player.
