They are wanted for kidnapping. Seems there was someone in it when they took it. The person got out and the thieves are gone.

Basicly they used a huge truck to steal that potty, while driving, the man who was doing his business opened the door and discovered that he was now traveling in 50 km/h and 2 meters above the ground. He jumped and broke some bones. Thieves got arrested. This awesome kidnapping happened in White-Russia.
