Has anyone used this software?
Will it interfere with win98? Are there any problems i could create?

It involves the registry. Therefore, if you screw up with it, you can kill your computer in an endless variety of ways. But, if your careful, and stick to the BG2 entries it should be fairly safe. Its no more dangerous to win98 than any other registry utility.
