i heard that you can make armor out of the human flesh that you take from the hidesman murderer reyjak. where do u go to have this done?

First, if you already havent, search the Tanner house thorough (sp?) and you will find a note that tells you to go to the Umar Hills.
Outside the tavern at Umar Hills you will find a bookmerchant who will, when you tell him the right password, tell you that you need a silver dragon's blood to "upgrade" the armor.
The only Silver Dragon in the game is in the Underdark, so you'll have to kill her and then take the blood to the bookmerchant who will then upgrade the armour for you.
