This just happened today, I was fortunate enough to witness the entire thing. A man in a mirrored suit went on a rampage in downtown Manhattan earlier today, killing six and wounding two others. Then he gave himself up.
According to police, he just needed some time to sit down and reflect.

I could really see myself doing that - I was imitating him and looking at his suit while he worked, you see.
