You're slacking mate! Every year you bring us details of the prestigious Laureus World Sports Awards. But this year you haven't posted the results. have they happened yet - if so who won?

Come on - we need to know!!!

I don't know the Answer, but I can guess

Schumacher won I think - and the Aussie surfer Lane Beachley scored in some category as well - least I seem to recall something like that anyways.

What's got your knockers in a twist this year anyways? I thought last year you bagged these awards as being of dubious quality. Glad to see you are changing your tune .

For your edifcation and ongoing sporting eductaion dear Donut, Layne Beachley has won 5 consective world surfing championships. She won the 2004 Laureus award for best alternative sportsperson.

Hmph - making it up indeed. I thought you knew how to use Google to check your details.

You asked about the team award - seems the judges overlooked the herculean efforts of the Alighi team is wresting away the America's Cup, and rewarded some dropkicks instead :D .
