Gloria was talking to me tonight, and said she thought this website was a bodybuilding forum at first...I think I prefer that...

Makes me wonder, though, what a bodybuilding forum would be like...post after post on weightlifting...

I think I like roleplaying better...

Don't get me wrong, FSA! I am a masochist! Really, I swear I am! When I have access to weights, I lift! Just...not...regularly...enough...to...have...defi nition...

Firestormalpha 05-02-2004 12:19 AM

Ummm, you're a masochist? That's really a little more than I ever wanted to know about you. :D

Oh yeah, join the club, my parents bought me a full weightlifting set up for the back porch for like $100. Always trying to use it regularly, never managing to succeed.

I weight lift 5-6 days a week, but it's not like a post in a forum about it...how can there be a body building forum?

SomeGuy 05-02-2004 12:55 AM

I lift 5 days a week at school. Nothing wrong with lifting weights. And no, there's nothing wrong with working out at my age.

Arledrian 05-02-2004 01:03 AM

Someguy, when I was your age, I had to walk fifteen miles in the snow barefoot to the nearest gym to be able to lift some weights. Or something.

Anyway Ilander, you should've just told her it is a bodybuilding forum and that you're reading it all through in order to become truly buff yourself. The way I see it is, if your guitar-playing doesn't win her over, your weightlifting might. :D

Firestormalpha 05-02-2004 01:07 AM

Well, Someguy, from what I've heard, weightlifting is perfectly ok, at least after the age of 12 or something like that. However, there was this one girl on "Ripley's Believe it or Not" She was only 7 and she was ripped. I mean, all the girls in the state of Florida don't produce enough of the right hormones to look that way naturally. (I am right that it's certain male hormones that allow us to become muscularly built the way do, right? Or am I just losing my mind after being out of school for a year?)

Uphill, both ways, remember?
