Ok I hope you guys can give me some pointers here.

I am using an LCD Monitor on my PC and I know that sometimes images take a bit of time to catch up making a sort of wavy/ghost like effect. But, today when I started uo my comp, IE, Mozilla and normal windows go into slo-mo when I scroll up and down them, making the screen look very wavy. It was not like this yesterday when it was smooth and flowing.
Any suggestions on ways to fix this?

Is it just when scrolling up and down? Have you inadvertently switched from jump scrolling to smooth scrolling? I've seen that in the past...

Wander around the options (browser and video) to see if you can find something like that.

Where are these settings?

IE: Tools, Internet Options, Advance, Use Smooth Scrolling.

Don't know about other places. That's why I suggested poking around and looking...
