Ok where the heck is the undercellar? I look at the the map pf the city and it points to the carnival area and yet no undercellar! Just need to know where it is

there is two undercellar one is under the blushing mermaid
tavern.
and the other one is under the thiefs guild but you have to fight
sarevok at duchal palace first.

The place under the theif guild is the cellar of the building the undercellar is the place with prostitutes you can reach it from the sewers or from the room directly behind the inn keep in the blushing mermaid.

For the Undercellar, look for various sewer grates that you see on the ground as you travel through BG city. Some of them will allow a staircase icon and will take you down into the sewers. From there look around and eventually you'll come across the Undercellar.
