This is VERY weird... If anyone has some more info on this story (Besides this URL story, please post it here.. Could this be some Microwave satellite someone is testing--weapons in space and all that, or Geoelectric seepage?

That's interesting.... I'll go for the Geoelectric Seepage idea... although conspiracy theories are more fun to dwell on. :)

Z, I'm spooked! This is really weird!

Harkoliar 04-09-2004 11:09 AM

This is really wierd. I sense something sinister forces at work.

Hmmm... Interesting, and interesting that there are no other sources.

I do like the last line:

Quote:

"Someone wrote to us saying the solution was to sacrifice a black goat and collect its blood. At some point, that's going to start looking like a good idea."

Boring answer ... Italy’s electricity supply has always been crap, one of the reasons for their erratic quality control on motorbikes and cars. At the very worse it will be localised magnetic interference.

Interesting answer... Anyone noted that this strange event and Memnoch are both in Italy

I did a search on the story and found this:

http://www.ebicom.net/~rsf1/cann-tt.htm

I hadn't heard of the issue before seeing it on here though. Really weird. It's funny that the Priest says that he has seen this before and could clear it out, but that he's letting the scientists figure it out first before discrediting them when he is able to exorcise the problem.

Spontaneous combustions are nothing new, though this is this first I have heard of it on such an extraordinary scale.

Curious how, according to the article, the events only occur if people are present.
