Great! Of all the dirty, rotten, underhanded ways to get rid of file sharing, this is the most ROTTEN I've ever seen! What do they want? Spammers and ID Theives to rule the world!?

Bungleau 03-17-2004 08:57 PM

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

"regardless of whether the files actually infringe copyrights"
WTF? that is so stupid
Anyay i'd like and see them try and make me put my name and address on files, besides there is no way they can control internet traffic like that.

That's what I'm talking bout. A pirate with black cape and all! Would you happen to have a parrot?

Firestormalpha 03-19-2004 01:58 AM

The simple fact is, no matter how secure they try to make it, if someone wants to transfer any kind of file anonymously and they have the know-how and resources to do it, they will do it regardless of what laws and restrictions may be going about.

EXACTLY!!! The record industry should realise that the day they stomp out file sharing will be the day that the devil plays hockey!
