I got this error when i trie to play Thief 1&2!
ERROR: Direct3d device driver does not accurately report texture memory usage.

So what the he*l is wrong here? I have trie to install new grapihc driver but that don't help. :(
Any suggestion for what to do?

Do other games work?
If not then reinstall DirectX (try it anyway).

If that doesnt work try reinstalling the games... but I'm not tosure that ill do any good.

Test your Directx using dxdiag. Run the Directdraw test and the Direct3D test. If you encounter no problems it's probably the game or perhaps the driver.

Thanks folks all other games work but maybe the games don't like DirectX 9 but i shall trie what you say and i let you know. [img]smile.gif[/img]

BAH the directX Directdraw and Direct3D worked fine no problem and i have played those games on this computer before, but it might be a problem with directX 9 is there any way to remove it and install directX 8 instead?

Try updating your driver before uninstalling Dx9. Directx9 is fully compatible with Directx8 so there "shouldn't" be any difficulties there. However, a google on your error message showed a fix for your problem.

Yep i found the fail here it is the newest driver from Nvidia that have an bug so i installed an older driver and the games works again :9!
