I'm in the underdark...and generally having problems...but I have no way to free the Wizard because Immy and Aerie are not advanced enough to cast the freedom spell. The Duegar (sp?) encampment does not sell a scroll only a spell, I think. Is there a way around it?

Also, do I NEED to finish the Beholder area...there is this one last spot with 10 or more of these guys all bunched up at the end. Is there anything there, or is it just for the XP?

I don't really want to start over, but I never killed the Prince in the Shark City after returning him to his throne...therefore never got The Wave piece. Can I get back to that city later? Is it worth going back to get it?

you can equipt the scroll in your quick slots to use it, no matter what level. And no, you cant get back to the shark city sorry!

Do you know of away that a solo Barbarian can get to do this quest I have not tried to use that scroll. I just thought that since I can not cast magic I can not do this quest. If anyone knows of away to help me out. I would like to do this quest.

Mirage you could always use CLUA or Shadow keeper to get the blade.

Sorry Mac, I meant any spellcaster can cast it, not any character class.

Wait, let me get this straight? My magic user can read (and use) a SPELL scroll? That can be done with any spell scroll? I wish I had know that sooner.

The Shield of Balduran can be bought at the Adventurer's Mart. (I remember a peasant saying, "The adventurer's mart? What kind of a name of a shop is THAT?") but you may need to DL Deidrie (sic?) to get it as it MIGHT be one of those... yeah, I remember now. You need to get it from her if your game didn't come with the special merchants.
