::huge, exaggerated yawn:: My home town suspended kindergarteners for playing Cops and Robbers. One pointed his finger and said, "Bang bang, you're dead!" and got suspended.
I believe there was a similar fiasco when a middle schooler gave out cough drops. They said he was distributing drugs.

The people who are pushing against the girl's defense are generally those who want to keep church and state as seperate as possible. Thats the only reason this was even elevated to the level it has been.
