Take it to those Djinni's in Trademeet.

I'm not sure, but it may be more rewarding to kill them. The one guarding the tent has an interesting trinket (which can be pickpocketed).

I've never actually killed them, but the only way I know to finish the quest is to give them the head. I believe you get a fair amount of gold and a nice Scimitar [img]smile.gif[/img]

Killing them works, too--the town is still happy that you got rid of them. You can obtain the same material rewards either way, though I think you get a bit more EXP for killing the Rakshasa. (Have Jan in your party for an interesting little interaction with her.)

That Scimitar is crap, by the way. (There just aren't any really good Druid weapons until ToB, and even then there's only one.)

See the djinnis in Trademeet. They will show you what to do with the head. The djinnis have a tent outside the Trademeet walls.
