Thought I would share some,
</font>
  1. Always Quicksave before you sleep in a non-safe zone. This is prevent heartache if you get attacked and you suffer a loss.</font>
  2. If you have anymore summoning spells, cast them before you sleep. They will prove invaluble if you get interrupted by anything.</font>
  3. Cast any Stoneskins, Ironskins and Melf's Minute Meteors before you sleep, this will enable you to maximise your spell slots.</font>
  4. You can rest in the Graveyard District for free, and without disturbances.</font>
  5. Having regeneration spells/items will greatly reduce the amount of time you spend sleeping. You can also cast Draw Upon Holy Might to get 20+ CON, which confers accelerated natural regeneration while you sleep.
    </font>
Feel free to share your own in this thread.

<font color="lightblue">Pause.
Before you rest in town, hit space. Rest. If a guard has come, do NOT unpause. You have a small window to rest in before the guard starts walking; this is drawn out indefinately by the pause.
The guards keep coming, and you can get a ring of them around you... if you unpause they ALL give their annoying line one after another. BUT on your first succesful rest, they all vanish </font>

My personal favourite method is to have a thief to set a few snares before you rest, the ememies that interupt sleep are never really tough and one snare will take off around 20 HP (plus damage each round after) off all enemies as they are all in range, two snares should be enough to kill anything that attacks you instantly and 3 is overkill (as I said sleep interupting enemies are weak).
