I just defeated Bodhi and when I emerged from the catacombs, Malchor Harpell appeared and it looks as if he wants to initiate a dialogue but nothing happens. If I talk to him it just says - "Has nothing to say to you". But whenever I go to a new map he appears again.
It prevents me from talking to stoekeepers, innkeepers, etc. I even continued on to the Elven city and he appeared there! Is this a new bug or has one of you encountered it?

umm... do you have any of Drizzt's EQ? if so try dropping it, he's there to pick up the eq from drizzt and friends, and normally takes it from you, but if he's just showing up... you could always imprison him too... I think it might stop him from respawning...

It's a bug. He's intended to get Drizzt's equipment back, but sometimes he spawns anyway. It's a bug. I suggest downloading the latest patch, or as Dundee would recommend, the Baldurdash Fix Pack.
