Just a reminder, this could be something you will only see once in your life. Since we just got hit with one of the largest CmE Solar Flares in history, you will be able to see the northern lights (as seen in Alaska and such) as far south as Texas and Here in Florida TONIGHT!

Get our your cameras--get them ready! If you snap some pic's, email them to me at webmaster@ironworksforum.com and I'll post them right here tomorrow or whenever I get one!! I'll be out tonight! [img]smile.gif[/img] (Look to the North around 9PM your time through 3AM).

Hey Ziroc, I'm pretty sure I'll miss it, but here in Iceland Northern Lights are pretty common specially in the winter.

what time should it be visible in GMT? as i wanna see it...without having to freeze my arse off in alaska or canada or scotland...

Bruce-- I don't know, but here at -5 GMT, at 9PM-3AM they should be visable. People reported seeing them even last night! (From the other flare I guess)

you can really see them here? that's cool! better my window is facing the north, i might be able to see it from my bed :D

just a question is it all the time or something like falling stars?
