True. I don't think you can enable parts of HTML either..

as far as i can see, allowing html/java in sigs can be annoying, as well as a security risk. i think id rather have a boring sig than risk anything happening to Z or Ironworks.

Waaaaaaaay back in the dim and distant past, you used to be able to activate HTML tags in sigs by editing your message each time you posted. This was eventually disabled because some improperly constructed sigs had open tags and tended to screw up subsequent posts.
