When I try to play the movie in Winamp3, DivX Player (2.1), WMP and Quick Time player it doesn't work. In quick time it says data is needed but can't be found on the apple servers. In the other players a small DivX logo appears at the bottom right hand corner but other than that its a black screen. Anyone know whats happening here?
EDIT: I knew I should've previewed it for typos... [ 10-08-2003, 02:27 PM: Message edited by: slicer15 ] |
What format (mpg, wav, api, etc...) is the movie in?
Also, are you sure you have the most current version of your viewers? [ 10-08-2003, 02:57 PM: Message edited by: harleyquinn ] |
Try to find some codec(s).

I have the latest versions (Winamp v3, WMP v9, Quick Time v6, DivX Player v2.1) and DivX Codec v5.0.5. I assumed that since the DivX logo does appear wheni play the movie it would be ok, but obviously it wasn't. Are there any other codecs I should be aware of? Anything else that could have happened?
