Can anyone link me to a program that has Slow-motion option. I am watching Nike ads and there is a cool move but Ronnie makes it tooo damn fast!

What format is your movie in? Check with download.com for a wide selection of video-editing tools. Or, if you have a fast PC and you use the spacebar as a pause button, you can hold down the spacebar and get some real slow-motion madness!! Try watching Buffy in slow-motion, she seems a whole lot less cute that way ;)

The formats are:
.mpg and .mov
