My father-in-law is stuck in a problem on his PC.

This is his question. 

"Once I get into a file, how do I save and exit?"

Windows Version 95.

Nevermind...I figured it out. I coud use the mouse to go to file and Save/Exit, but he could not...so I had to tell him to use "ALT" to bring up the menu. Thanks anyway.

ALT always opens up the menus, even in programs written for the Windows API - i.e. basically all windows programs.
