Searched everywhere for these wolves but can't seem to find them, anyone know where they are? Thanks

They're in the Temple Ruins, a scroll in the ranger's former cabin will make it appear on your world map.

Also close to where you entered theres a werewolf who runs into a cave and then you can either agree to help her or kill her. If you help her than you meet her later.
