Hi!
I solved the murders (I think) in the Bridge District. So now I am carrying the guard's dead body and a 'armor' of human flesh. What to do with it?? I think the bad guy took of in a boat.

The guy took off in a boat, that is meant to happen.
The human flesh armour can be completed if you have an evil party; just follow the directions on the note you picked up in there.
The body is unrelated to this quest... go to the docks; go down to the South West, to a big orange mansion (flagged on your map as the Galvarey estate), and talk to the guy standing at the door.

No, the body IS related to the quest, he is talking about the body of the Guard Captain, not the Harper.

If you tell the Guard Captain who did the murders, he will go see by himself and get killed. In my games I don't tell him until I have completed the quest, so he always survive, but I think when he is dead you need to report to a guy inside the Main Building in the Gouv. District.

Celelen,

as Luvian suggested, take the body to Inspector Brega who is located right at the back of the council building in the govt district.

Right!
I had tried the gov. area, but could only find people who were quite rude. I will check again!
Thanks!

What! You went to the Government District, and talked to some Nobles who were RUDE to you??? I am shocked, shocked and appalled, at this disgraceful behavior.

P.S. If you're carrying a dead body, it's always best to use lots of deoderant. And have Minsc stand downwind, Rangers don't tend to bathe too often.
