Any VW Fanatics here??

On top of the Coroporate HQ building in Wolfsburg, Germany is the original VW logo emblem. Does anybody know the following about it.

Diameter?
Reason of that Diameter?

Yes, a recycled beer can. If you scrape the paint off, you'll see Budweiser. :D

I just learned the last original bug factory in Mexico City is being converting to produce the new Bug. I was suprised to learn it had continued to be manufactured up until this year. Long live the love bug! :D

VW = VolksWagen ;)

A German car company, which IIRC, was taken over by some other car company!

Long live the voltage wagon :D I have had many of these ranging from a 68 kombi bus to to 74 super beetle. I also owned a herbie ;) which sadly was rear ended and then slamned into a wall, crushing the front and rear at the same time :( I revived it into a baja bug, since it was cheaper then buying the new fenders and other parts, slapped a type IV 2100 cc engine to it and left bigger faster 4x4's in my ruts :D was a site to see. After 6 years of fun and abuse I had to finally part with the ole car and now drive something with real air conditioning. As for the original question, I have no idea, I should but I dont.
