Tell me if page loading is even faster now. I just installed a new php compression routine called 'zlib', and it compresses all outgoing files and saves on bandwidth. This doesn't mean I will host the tgeweb.com website though. It just means pages should load faster. :D

Let me know if it is faster, I am very curious....

I think they are. im downloading files which normally kills my bandwith, but the page speed is the same as it was yesterday without the bandwith hogging d/l. :D

a definate success :D

Hmm I haven't noticed any major difference, but then again in my house there are only two speeds. My computer (near instantanious web page appearance, and my family comput, a 7 year old Compaq which could take as long as 3 minutes to load an all text page with DSL connection.

I concur, it is faster!

All praise the feline deity!

Cool, and I've watched the bandwidth, and damn, the compression is really lowering our bandwidth, which is cool! Means more folks can surf the forum, and it'll be faster for everyone!

Now that I moved tgeweb.com back to.. ugh, readyhosting, all of you guys can visit it EXCEPT anyone on roadrunner. Reason is, RR still has tgeweb in THEIR DNS nameserver (and A record), so I gotta call them tomorrow to remove them, so I can update tgeweb. :D I Knew that would happen too. lol. Nails...
