Ok, I know I've asked this a bunch of times already, but since this is the week that our income tax (in the US) is supposed to change, does anyone know where there's information on what your tax change should be?
I thought it was supposed to be retroactive, but I guess not. I want to try and find out what my new taxes should be though so I can plan accordingly. Thanks all!! |
Sounds like someone's paying way too much
Add me to that list. |

No idea where to find that number Harley :( but I can tell you that apparently I now receive approximately $30 per biweekly paycheck due to the cut. About $780 a year....but that is mostly because I bumped my pretax withholding a percentage point in anticipation. It would have been higher otherwise. </font> [ 07-03-2003, 02:05 PM: Message edited by: MagiK ] |
You can find out just how much the bush tax cut will save you by going to:
http://www.heritage.org/research/fea...taxcalculator/ It includes a tax calculator and will give you a comparison of last year’s taxes and taxes after the cut. My taxes will be lowered massively thanks to the Bush plan. My axes will be reduced by a whole $50. I’m not sure how best to invest this windfall. Should I invest this in gold? The stock market? Annuities? |
