I went after him... but he escaped onto a boat.
I then inspected his house where I found a note that said he was to meet someone the Umar Hills. It also contained a riddle.

Where can I find him?

You can find Rejiek and all his skin dancer friends in Tradesmeet, but remember to take a scroll of restoration (or memorise it)

In the Umar hills, one of the merchants is the contact. I think his name is Fael. Be sure you have the human flesh with you too. Buy a book called 'The History of the Zhentarim' from him, and tell him that you are Rijek Hidesman. He will then ask you to guess his real name, and say his name is 'Darcin Cole'. He will believe you are Rijek, and will say he can turn the flesh into armor, but needs blood. (You can only used the done armor if you are evil, but it is very powerful, +5 AC, 50% Magic Resistance, etc.) You will have to get the blood of a Silver Dragon for him for him to make the armor.

If you buy a certain book from a merchant in the Umar Hills he/she will ask you his/her real name. You'll need the human flesh armor from the tanner's house (only for evil aligned parties)
