Yeah, but the guy who came up with the idea that a cow's milk was meant for human consumption should get an award. :rolleyes: Milk has its issues -- been there before and argued it to death. In short, unless you are an infant calf, there is simply too much protein in it -- so much in fact that it will always cause a net *loss* of calcium to you per unit volume. Sorry, OT.
Diet soda for me. I drink maybe one or two glasses of soda a day, though. While I used to be able to drink 5 sugary cokes and eat 1/3 a bag of oreos dipped in milk - all after dinner - and still maintain 150lb body weight, that all changed a couple of years ago. Now, it take smarter eating and exercise to maintain my girlish figure. :D So, go diet drinks!!
Plus, the other stuff tastes too much like candy now. And, Snapples, don't even get me started. :rolleyes: Those horrible sticky viscous "drinks" are just liquified lollipops. [img]graemlins/1puke.gif[/img]
