<font face="tempus sans itc" size=4 color=lightblue> Hello all!

Now, I have recently started making items using Infinity Engine Explorer Pro. I can make them with a reasonable skill at a speed of about two a night.

The first item I made was a Staff +5 with Flesh to Stone, Disintigrate and Wyvern Call three times per day. Powerfull! :rolleyes:

I can, for a price of nothing but gratitude, make items for BG, BGSoA, BGToB, IWD and other games. All I need is what you want in the item and anything you want in the description.

So, call in and ask for any item and I'll give it a whizz!

wow man how kind of you, i wouldn't mind some not soooooo powerful items and im useless at making stuff, so either ill get back to you when i get some ideas or ill just find some where to make a not so powerful weapon! any help sites will be greatly needed! good offer anyway man, and pip dont be so harsh on him hes only trying to be nice!

I want you to make me a familiar (For BG1). You could do it by making a spell. You could use a summon something spell as a base, and change it so it summons a panther that will stay with for as long as the spell would work.

Like I said, I may be pushing it.

hmmn is it possible to combine some attributes of one such item with that of another? hehe phil dyu know where to get a guide to game editing thingy majiggaz?where was i, oh yes erm because i wanted a cool helmet that would give me the effects of that ioun stone that gives u 1hp every minute (as to be fair its still using up a helmet slot) yet look good with the doomplate (that red platemail thingy).he rest? and are the mods compatible with new save games?

[edit] dude ive got it i would like the abilities of the peraly white ioun stone ( regenerate 2 hp a min not one) on to the helm of baldurans frame not the actual helm (clua code is helm07 just incase ur not sure what im talking about)and if its not tooooo much trouble could i have a color change to the same red as the doomplate? thanks man.

www.teambg.com has some very good tutorials (with programs). With Infinity editor you can look up the programming codes of one thing and put it in the other item (I think, tried once to change an item but after I formatted my computer I didn't reinstall the editor and never tried again(maybe later because it's fun:)) But you should ask DJG he can get his items to work I only edited an existing one (with an error in it's stats, according to the tutorial) .

Once you learn, it *is* very easy to make new items...almost too easy, because it can unbalance the game incredibly.

I've created one item for the mod I'm working on (the NPC swashbuckler Pace)...it's the Amulet of Speed and Time. His quest is going to be tied in with the Twisted Rune (hopefully fleshing out that quest and giving some explanation for it), and the item will be obtained when the TR is razed. Anyway, among other things, it allows any character who equips it to cast "Time Stop" once per day. I'm also creating a new BAM file for it, so it will actually look like a little pocket watch or stopwatch when equipped. Yes, I'm having fun with this!

In case you didn't know, the traditional uniform worn by students of the martial arts is called a gi.

Several Gis I've designed, only wearable by: Kensai, Monk, Thief, Mage/Sorcerer (maybe the Shapeshifter as well, or is that kit a lost cause?)

Gi of Theft: +10% to Detect Traps, cast Knock 3x per day (loot from Anishai, the Monk in Mae'Var's Guildhouse). I may come up with a better name for this.

Gi of Meditation: +1 to WIS, wearer is immune to Charm, Confusion, Chaos, and Feeblemind (the classes that can wear gis cannot wear a Helm of Charm Protection)

Gi of Freedom: Grants Free Action while worn, wearer is immune to Sleep

Tai Kaje's Gi: +1 to all Saving Throws, wearer is immune to Fear and Level Drain (It's not right that Monks can only use the Amulet of Power against Vamps, as they shouldn't be allowed to wear it)

Wong Fei's Gi: +2 bonus to AC, +10% bonus to hitpoints, +5% Magic Resistance

Various other Gis granting elemental/physical resistances, similar to the current battery of Mage Robes

I've got loads more items if you want 'em, man! :D
