I was thinking the same thing..4.5 mil...there are a lot of people living in my area who have paid more than that for their homes :D ...wish I was one of them ;) </font>

The owner of the brokerage is actually a good friend of mine.

Funny enough Canada has no desire to pay $4.5mil for an aircraft carrier, but is willing to spend $750mil on 4 diesel subs that don't work. Go figure.

4.5 mil actually sounds pretty reasonable for such an item. There's got to be a coastal country somewhere that needs it.
