I have a fever blister that wont heal, have tried blistex and it still gets worse, what over the counter meds have you usedthat has worked? I have not had one since i was 13

Believe it or not, aloe vera works wonders for me. And I've tried everything. I'm getting them less frequently now too. Only 1 this winter as compared to 4-5 normally. Plus, mine are the horrible cluster kind that engulf half a lip. :( So, try aloe.
