Ah, the smoking laws in the good old Peoples Republic of New York. There's something seriously wrong with the people up there.

I don't have a problem with people ingesting nicotine products. The bottom line is it does not affect my lungs nor do I have to go around smelling like crap because of smokey cloths. The good thing about food is the smokers can still get their fix and not be in a bad mood.
