...Do any of you realise how big the Mr T fanbase is on the Internet? Massive o_O

It's crazy, take a look at this site for example http://www.mrtvseverything.com/ . What the hell did Mr T do to warrant so much attention?

He was just in the A-team and Rocky right? Whats the big deal? :D

I pity the foo ;)

I was never interested in Mr T, personally.

Neither did I, I found the way he talked on the A-team amusing though. This however is bloody hilarious, try typing in Ironworkls url here http://firefly.sparse.org/~mrt/ to get a Mr T Ironworks :D How does it work?

I *think* that he had cancer at one stage, and raises money for cancer research, treatment etc by doing appearances at various places. That makes him ok in my book.

Sigmar 05-15-2003 01:37 PM

Really? I wasn't aware of that :( I have a new found respect for the man.

Stormymystic 05-15-2003 01:49 PM

Yes although he is no longer a "big celeberty" he spends his money on children with cancer

Ach, I feel bad about posting this thread now. I'd appreciate it if a moderator could delete this thread for me please. Next time I'll get the facts straight first.

Edit-After reading what Stormymystic and Bardan said I have changed my mind regarding the deleting of this thread. As long as this thread stays in good taste it should be ok. Sorry mods :D

There's no reason to delete the thread. You asked what he did to deserve attention, and we told you

Wow, didn't know Mr. T was famous enough for a web ring. All I've seen him do was Rocky and the 1-800-collect commercials.
