I downloaded the "listen" file. It wants me to open it with something. What am I doing wrong. I was to listen this time.

You shouldn't save it, but open it with Winamp or RealOne or even Windows Media player. If you can't, copy and past the entire URL, and open one of the above players, and click 'OPEN' and then paste the url, and hit OK.
