Travelling through the Underdark, about to leave for the surface and all of a sudden the hilt of the Equalizer has disappeared. No idea where it went! I've got the other pieces playing fair, and what I'd like to be able to do is spawn the piece I lost, so that I can get the sword without cheating *too* much. Does anyone know the code for the hilt, or any other way of getting it back?

The pieces of the Equaliser are SW1H54A, SW1H54B and SW1H54C. Sorry, my data does not say which one is the hilt. Try all three and throw the unwanted ones away.

In my experience, I have found that items which can be assembled (hilt of the equaliser, gesen bow string etc.) disappear if they are left on the ground for more than 4 hours (game time).
