<font color="silver">A problem with the ICQ part of trillian...

I can add people who have their ICQ set to "authorise people to add you", I can see their status, but I can`t talk to them. It says "Error while sending IM: Not Logged In"
And it didn`t say initially that you have to wait for them to authorise you- and, AFAICT, it doesn`t send the message to them asking for authorisation.
I can add them on ICQ the normal way, but this won`t affect Trillian at all, because ICQ buddies are not server based.

So, is there any way I can add these people and talk to them, without having to switch back to using ICQ instead of Trillian ?? </font>

I don't use the ICQ bit very much, so I am not sure about this. I am having a problem with messanger though; I am unable to send or recieve files, or check my emails through Trillian. Are you having the same problems?

<font color="silver">I`ve been having troubles checking my mail the last few days, and i`m thinking of setting up outlook for my hotmail...
As for sending or recieving files, I don`t send too many; but I have found that trillian to trillian connections don`t seem to work. From what I can tell, the person sending it has to be on MSN for it to be sent to someone on Trillian. </font>

I had the same problem, but it goes away if you try logging in 3 times in a row, go figure...

<font color="silver">Ok, the Hotmail problem is fixed in the latest version (0.75 or something...). Hopefully the ICQ problem will be fixed in the next upgrade. [img]smile.gif[/img] </font>
