I need help when i install it, it asks for a 5th disk wat does that mean HELP

Yikes, perhaps it's a glitch.
It's supposed to ask you to place the first disc back in, I believe, which is the play disc. I'm assuming you're performing a "full install" which is recommended considering it makes load times much faster.

are you using someone else's computer?
if throne of bhaal was used - or perhaps during your installation choices - you have an option of using 'throne of bhaal - "disc 5"' to get updated gear from the adventurer's mart
was this game already played on your comp..?
