A few years ago when Fellowship of the Ring came out, my mom got me a game called Riders of Rohan, for about $2.00. The back of the box says "Are you hero enough to ride with Gandalf, Aragorn, and the other fellowship characters against the armies of the traitorous wizard Saruman?..." and it goes on about commanding a cavalry of Rohan with Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas to rescue the hobbits and fight Saruman. I know its old, its an IBM, selling for a collectors item
It has the guidebook Quick reference card (needs min of 640k system mem. to play and 540k free memory and requires DOS 3.0 or higher. The Kanami INC. Limited warrenty (expired but its in anyways) And 3 disks, 1.2 MB each, all large, 5 1/2 inch I think. Well the disks are larger than the 4.4 MB disks that we use today. So as a collectors item than a game (unless you still have a large floppy drive) what would you say you would pay for this item? I'm going to put up on E-bay hopefully before the weekend and probably will start bidding at $5.00. |
I think you'll have to bump into a real fanatic, cause basically it's worth nothing, nada, zip. It's software, it doesn't have the same everlasting value as stamps or coins do, to name a few examples. Good luck with it anyway.
