I appreciate the invitation, but I don't see any way to make it. [img]graemlins/verysad.gif[/img] I just learned yesterday that our hospital is going to be "cutting back" on personnel. One of these "cuts" will be my coworker (he is going to be offered a position in a different dept, so at least he isn't being let go). Unfortunately, that means I will be running my dept by myself.

This includes ordering most of the supplies for the hospital, receiving the shipments, and delivering the supplies to the different depts. In addition to keeping up with my managerial paperwork. I'm going to be a busy puppy for the foreseeable future. Before yesterday, I may have been able to take a day off and drive down to Atlanta, but that won't be happening now.

I'm sorry I won't get a chance to finally meet you, my friend - unless you have the extra time to drive 100 miles out of your way to come see me (nah, didn't think so).

Just for the sake of explanation to the others...I live in the western-most tip of North Carolina. I'm only 20 miles from the Tennessee state line and about 15 miles from Georgia. The hospital I work at is located in north Georgia - about 100 miles north of Atlanta.</font>

SO is that like... 2 hours away or something? 2 hours north? I'll be up near Buford.
