I'm in chapter 3, ready to sail off to the Asylum. Just want to stroll around a little, talked to Madeem in front of the government building. He said i should find Tolgerias in that building, but i must be blind, because he isn't there? Anyone?

u dont happen to be a mage or sorcerer to you?? hopefully not, cuz if you are you should of done that quest along time ago... :D

You're referring to the stronghold quests, no? In that case there's still time for that later on in chapter 6, so don't worry... ;)
