In reading some of the walkthroughs mention was made that one could try to have Minsc committed to Spellhold by the Pirate Lord.

I'd love to do this as I'm sure the dialog would be funny but I've only seen dialog and options for the player character.

Anyone succeed in getting Minsc committed? If so, please share.

it's so you can get admitted if your charisma isn't high enough or you can't beat Perth up. Just say something like "look who i travel with" and Minsc will kick in. Pirate lord will commit all of you and essentially say "i'm actually dumber for listening to you. go away."

i usually do both [img]smile.gif[/img] firth i kill the cowled idiot and take his book of infinite spells and wardstone then go get commited.. more exp that way :D

I love the dialog that they have.
Minsc: You dont look like a pirate lord, pirates have wooden legs, or wooden arms or other wooden extendabels.
And where is your parrot? Every pirate has a parrot.

ROTFL! I've never done that before, I usually just have Haer'Dalis walk across the bridge and get petrified, and then go and kill Perth.
